Total Beginner Beginner Clinics
Has it been a long time since you've dusted off your wheels? Do you have a friend that would like to skate but may be a little nervous getting started? Are you a total beginner-beginner?

California Skate School is holding special Adult Total Beginner-Beginner clinics for any skater looking for a little extra TLC. The special clinic will be taught by California Skate School owner, Janet Miller, along with our USSG certified instructors. Pre-registration is required to help guarantee a favorable teacher to student ratio.

Class Info - You'll receive step-by-step instruction at your pace! We'll have extra carpet space just in case you'd like to practice without rolling. This clinic is for adults only. Skates and gear provided for lesson free of charge.

Huntington Beach Directions - From the 405, take the BEACH Blvd/CA-39 exit toward Huntington Beach. Go South on Beach Blvd. Sport Chalet will be on your left. The class is located in Sport Chalet parking lot. You will see the Skateschool van. - map

Westwood Directions - From the 405, take Wilshire Boulevard exit East toward Westwood. Turn South on Veteran. The Westwood Recreation Park is on the west side of Veteran. The skating area is located between the tennis courts and Veteran Ave just south of the Federal Building. Free Parking is available on the street and in the parking lot farther down Veteran on Right side. - map

Pasadena Directions - Follow signs to the Pasadena Rose Bowl. Go to the large parking lot at Arroyo and Seco. Parking Lot is marked by the letter K. This is the same lot used for the Rose Bowl Flea Market. The California Skate School Van will be parked in the middle of the lot. Please come to the van if you need skates and all gear will be provided at the skating area. -map

Torrance Directions - Classes are held in the parking lot outside of Sport Chalet. Sport Chalet is located between Torrance Blvd and Carson St on the West side of Hawthorne Blvd across from the Del Amo shopping center. The California Skate School Van will be parked in the middle of the lot. Please come to the van if you need skates and all gear will be provided at the skating area. - map
