Group Inline & Roller Skating Lessons

New Skaters - Start from the ground up and learn the rules of the road, safety tips and body alignment. Learn proper stopping, striding, edging and turning. As your group progresses, we will introduce the spin stop and cover intermediate skills. Remember that we'll take it at your pace.

*Specialty Clinics* - Adult Total Beginner-Beginner Clinics available in Orange and Los Angeles Counties for adults looking for a little extra TLC as they get up and rolling.

Experienced Skaters - Do you already know how to skate, but would like to improve your stride, skate down hills and stop with more power? Learn proper body alignment, faster braking, and more effective and efficient striding using proper edging. You'll progress to spin stops, cross-overs, transitions, T-stops, parallel turns, hockey stops, slaloms, and backwards skating. Learn real world skating including how to handle curbs, cracks, grass, slopes, bridges, and more. Requests are welcome!

*Special Workshop* - STRIDES & TURNS Workshop is being offered in Pasadena with USSG Director Janet Miller Sheehan.

Kids - They love to zip around on their inline skates. This class will include games with an emphasis on safety, fun and positive social interaction. Our instructors use skill-building games to teach children the basics of skating, including how to stop, glide and turn. Students will learn how to put on their equipment properly and will improve their balance, strength and endurance with challenging tricks, skills and drills.
