Class Info -
Receive instruction at your own level! Classes are
for all levels inline and roller
skating. After signing in you will learn how to properly wear your safety
gear and also get to recognize a safe environment for your skill level.
Then we'll spend time on learning how to control falls. After which the
rolling begins. Learn proper heel brake stopping, striding, edging and
turning. Remember that we'll take it at your pace. For those of you at
higher levels of skating skill, we'll continue from where you left off
or focus on the direction you would like to go with your skating.
Childrens Class Info -
(ages 5-9) This class is for all
levels and will include games with an emphasis
on safety, fun and positive social interaction. Our
instructors use skill-building games to teach children the basics
of inline skating, including how to stop, glide and
turn. Students will learn how to put on their equipment properly and
will improve their
balance, strength and endurance with challenging tricks, skills and drills.
Skate sizes youth 12+ available.
Directions - From the 405, take the BEACH BLVD/CA-39 exit
toward Huntington Beach. Go South on Beach Blvd. Sport Chalet will
be on your left. The class is located in
Sport Chalet parking lot. You will see the Skateschool van. -
